International students who are registered at Aksaray University Turkish Language Teaching Application and Research Center (TÜRKÇEM) and who will apply for a Student Residence Permit must obtain their student visa with Aksaray University Acceptance Letter in order to apply for a residence permit to Aksaray Provincial Immigration Administration. These students must definitely have their department records at Aksaray University.

International students can apply to the Provincial Immigration Administration of the province where the university they get a place at any department. The student certificate obtained only from TURKCEM is not enough for the session.
