International students admitted to Aksaray University (ASU) for the 2026–2027 Academic Year completed their registration procedures between 14 and 17 September 2026. Students from various regions of the world will begin their studies in different faculties and departments at ASU in the new academic year.
As part of ASU’s internationalisation efforts, the international student application, evaluation and registration processes were coordinated by the International Relations Office. Following a thorough evaluation of applications from different countries, successful applicants were placed in various academic units across the University. As a result, students from around the world—particularly from Turkmenistan, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, the Comoros, Jordan, Morocco, Iran, Syria, Djibouti and Tanzania—were admitted to study at ASU.
Students from Different Countries Come Together at ASU
Welcoming an increasing number of students from different countries each year, Aksaray University continues to strengthen its internationalisation efforts alongside the growth in its international student population. Bringing together students from diverse geographical and cultural backgrounds under the ASU umbrella contributes to the University’s academic and cultural diversity.
In addition to participating in academic activities, international students’ involvement in social and cultural life fosters intercultural interaction and enables different perspectives to come together within the university community. In the coming period, ASU aims to continue its efforts to increase international student mobility and diversity while providing a high-quality and inclusive learning environment for students from around the world.
