-All students must apply for a residence permit within 1 month from their date of entry to Türkiye!

-Students who come to Türkiye for the first time and do not have a residence permit and students who want to extend their residence permit must prepare the following documents and bring them to our University's International Relations Office
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS;
*Residence Permit Application Form (This form is completed by entering the necessary information at https://e-ikamet.goc.gov.tr/ and printing it out. The students doesn't need to go to the Immigration Office on the appointment day. It is sufficient to give this form to the staff at the International Relations Office along with other documents)
*Original and photocopy of passport or passport substitute document
*Four (4) biometric photographs
*Active student certificate
*Valid Health Insurance (students can get Private Health Insurance in a short time from the insurance agencies located in Aksaray center; they can get GSS after receiving their active students documents after registration)
*Receipt for the payment of the residence permit fee (it can be obtained by depositing the required amount to the tax office located at the new industrial entrance on the 90 highway, next to the governor's office, or students can deposite this money via e-devlet with the password they will receive from e-devlet with their password number)
*Document showing the adress information where the person will stay (if the person is staying in their own home, a copy of the title deed (the residence document is sufficient for extension applications); if the person is staying with the rental agreement, a notarized a copy of the rental agreement; if the person is taying in a hotel etc.., a document showing that the person is in these places; if the person is staying in a student dormitory, a document showing that the person is staying in a dormitory; if the person is staying with the supporter, a notarized commitment from the person they are staying with (if the supporter is married, a notarized commitment from their supouse as well)
*If the person is under eighteen years of age, a birth certificate with the consent of the mother/father or legal representative abroad.
